Newtown Sports Junior Football Club currently has 15 junior and youth teams, as well as our successful Saturday Morning (SMC) for younger children.

Newtown Sports Junior Football Club currently run the ONLY Cerebral Palsy specific football team in Hereford and Worcestershire. The team travel the country to play other teams. We are a friendly, inclusive fun team.

CLUB WAS FOUNDED
Newtown Sports started back in 1979, when Mick Morris, together with Ron Handy and Ken Door, established an U15 team for his son and his mates, because the team they used to play folded. Mick’s reasoning for calling the team Newtown Sports was because he obtained sponsors from various shops in Newtown Road,
